Free Delivery or Order and Collect will Streamline the Shopping Experience for local Painters & Decorators

At Wardgroup we understand that time is money for professional tradesmen and you make money whilst on a job, not whilst you are shopping for paints and decorating accessories. This is why at the Wardgroup Decorating Centre we aim to make purchasing paints, wallpapers and decorating accessories as streamlined as possible. With a Trade Account you have the choice to:

1 - Visit us in store and view the whole range of products available and talk to our knowledgeable staff
2 - Phone your order in and collect the goods at a time convenient to you
3 - Phone your order in and get it delivered free of charge to a local address

This enables you to get the best out of buying local, as we can fit around your needs and provide the products, advice, prices and service you demand. As a local company you can also return items easily which may not be fit for the purpose you require, you have over ordered, or you may have ordered the wrong items.

How does our Free Delivery Service Work?

We only offer a free delivery service to Trade Account holders and only deliver for free to the local area. We aim to be flexible with deliveries and get them to you when you need them, but this is not always possible as we have to plan a route with our delivery van to meet the needs of all our customers ordering products for delivery. Usually we will inform you of the delivery date and an estimated time, although this is not guaranteed.

Our delivery van makes deliveries every Monday, Wednesday and Friday across the Furness Peninsula and will deliver further afield if demand is high, however, we cannot guarantee that the delivery van will always be able to deliver items outside of the Furness Peninsula within 24 hours so please confirm the delivery date and time with us when making your telephone purchase and delivery request.

Currently we do not have a minimum spend for items to qualify for free delivery, but we ask that you try to order all products together for delivery to cut down on delivery time and duplication of paperwork. Payments for items purchased can be made upfront, by cash on delivery or if you have a Credit Trade Account we can raise an invoice.
